Eat real food
Lay off the processed foods. Our brothers in the past did not goto the local supermarket and get their meals out of a box. A great rule of thumb is if there is more then 5 ingredients on the label it is probably not food. Foods loaded with preservatives and fillers are not vigorous for the body and cause a number of illnesses and food allergies. Keep it simple and be diligent when you food shop. Less is more when it comes to unfucking how you eat and changing old habits.
