THINGS YOU CAN DO TO START GETTING VIGOROUS TODAY.....

- Drop the soda and drink more water.
- Walk more.
- It's not gonna be easy. You want an easy life you are a useless individual. Easy solves nothing.
- The Vigorous cook. You don't cook you are not Vigorous.
- Maybe you should invest time in learning how to eat better then watching shit TV and going to Applebee's.
- Stop believing all the quick fix jive and gibberish and get ready to train.
- No more elevators or escalators.
- Fast food is not food so why eat it.
- If you sit all day at work get up every 20 minutes and move around. 
- whining solves nothing so why do you do it constantly?
- There are plenty of Vigorous activities to do so get out there and find something you like.
- There is time, there is plenty of time to workout in a day. You need to prioritize and Vigorize.
- You are only as old as you are weak. Admitting you are old you are saying you are weak.
- Who cares go unfuck yourself and GET VIGOROUS.
