Doing something is better than nothing. In this day and age of loafin and slacking little attempts of Vigorousity pays off.
-No more escalators.
-No more elevators.
-Get off a few stops earlier on the subway and walk.
- Ride a bike.
- Just walk more than you do now.
- If you have an office job get up every 20 minutes and move around.
- Plenty of room in your place to do a bodyweight circuit.
