As soon as the weather turns for the better all the slackers and loafers panic. Cleanse this, Isoturd that, Shakeology Shit shakes, juicing mangos and your old Air Jordans with a manatee flipper or whatever BULLSHIT you suckers buy......You will put the weight back on. Short term goals are for weak minded people. Lotta weak out there. Too lazy to be consistent all year. Then you would not have to resort to cheap parlor tricks and magic potions. Getting Vigorous is 365 and 7 days a week. It is a mind set that does not take breaks. Just because you decide to kick it into gear for a few weeks does not make you Vigorous. You are just pretending to get in the fight. You are the turds with their phones videoing the action instead of getting involved. Weak and lazy sometimes wakes up. Then goes right back to slackin when it gets too hard YESSSSSSSSSS.~~~ JONESY
